TOMS will debut ballet flats for spring 2012: an upscale line will be sold at Neiman Marcus for $125 while other retailers will carry a second line at $75 a pair. If these new flats are as comfortable as their current shoes are, I’ll probably need a few. Starting with this leopard print pair.
